Resolved Question: What European country do you suggest?

Hey guys, I was wondering if you could give me your opinion of the best country to visit in Europe for a max of 2 weeks. (It is going to be my high school graduation present) It would help if you keep in mind that I'll be 18 when I go with my friend whose in her 30's; which will probably be around this following May. I would like to go to a place where I could drink publicly and see a place that contains a brilliant essence of their culture before entering back into my predictable study routine I'll have going when I start college. I love languages, culture, discovering new things, and social drinking. I would also be extremely grateful if you give me the best places to go in the country you recommend.
